establishing a consistent journaling practice is clinically proven as an accessible method for improving mental and emotional wellbeing, demonstrating a significant reduction in levels of stress and anxiety. however, journaling consistently can be challenging for some neurodivergent individuals. therefore the journal is designed in a monthly format to help mitigate anxiety and shame often linked with blank pages, and allows for a more flexible and fluid approach to the practice.
initially it was created as a hand-bound edition, but a printable PDF version is now available, which you can hand-bind if you are that way inclined or simply pop into a folder. a digital version will be created once funding is available for PDF writeable software. to help achieve that, and create further writeable resources, it would be great if you could submit the form below (even if the printable version is perfect for you).
