wellbeing
change perspectives of the narrow definitions of what are considered as wellbeing practices. to help people identify what is aligned to them for nervous system regulation, self-awareness and sparking joy.
community
create an inclusive diverse community to build knowledge, understanding and celebrate what it is to be human.
advocacy
provide resources to address equality disparities. neuroeducation to generate a more robust understanding of how different ways of thinking and doing things can tap into unknown potential. to enable the creation of diverse environments to help people flourish.
a seed needs a lot of things to facilitate it to crack open, spring roots and grow. it needs embedding in soil, sun, water, time and nurturing.
it will take around 12 months to implement what is envisaged, so stick around and engage in a way that feels right for you. even if that is as simple as forwarding the weblink to someone else.
“we but mirror the world. all the tendencies present in the outer world are to be found in the world of our body.
if we could change ourselves, the tendencies in the world would also change. as a person changes their own nature, so does the attitude of the world towards them.
this is the divine mystery supreme.
a wonderful thing it is and a source of our happiness.
we need not wait to see what others do”
- mahatma gandhi
(often paraphrased as ‘be the change you want to see in the world’)
